Flexible Cancellation Policy applicable to new 2023 reservations:
- To confirm a reservation a one-night deposit is required
- Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation 46 days or more prior to arrival = full refund less 5% administration fee
- Cancellation 45 days or less prior to arrival = no refund
- No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages.
- No refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including hurricanes
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

The pool is heated, and they keep it at the perfect temperature. It's surrounded by trees, a lovely deck, and comfortable chairs. The trees allow you to have as much or as little sun as you like. It's not a big pool, and not a fancy pool, but it is truly the most comfortable pool I've ever been in.
